This project is the renovation project of the new visa office building of the Consular Department of the Chinese Embassy in France. The overwhelming situation of the former consular department has alarmed the National People's Congress and the central government, and led to a new plan for the relocation of the best. The new office address is located on Washington Street in Paris20No., convenient transportation, large space area, two underground floors, six floors on the ground, using a total area4,408Square MetersIt is an ideal place for the work of the Consular Department. However, the original building still needs to be transformed before it can meet the functional requirements of the embassy consular department for external office, back office, security and confidentiality, and dormitory.

According to the requirements of the owner, Zhenjiang International Company conducted a comprehensive site survey of the office building and made relevant reconstruction plans based on the relevant architectural drawings provided by the French landlord. Since the consular department is a rented building, the renovation plan is designed on the principle of "practical, economical and beautiful.

First of all, it is necessary to improve the office environment of the consular department and meet the needs of a large number of daily work functions of the consular department. Under the existing conditions of the building, rearrange the functional space combination, reasonably plan the flow direction, clarify the process guidance, and improve the work efficiency;

Secondly, fully consider the time factor of the lease, reasonable transformation, easy to restore, in order to reduce the cost of return recovery, cost savings. Try not to damage the original building, if necessary, also do protective demolition. For example, after the inner courtyard was transformed into a waiting hall, the floor was left empty after the protective removal of the flower table in the courtyard. The original floor had obvious slope, which was not suitable for the use requirements of indoor space. The company adopted the practice of reducing the slope of the floor, setting up a protective cushion layer, and laying large indoor floor tiles on the floor. To be suitable for assembly and disassembly, strong and durable, cost control;

Thirdly, considering the safety of diplomatic places, in addition to the security inspection system, security treatment is carried out at the street front and the separation of internal and external spaces, and explosion-proof glass, safety iron fence, explosion-proof glass paste, strengthening steel structure separation wall, etc;

In terms of aesthetics and artistry, emphasis is placed on highlighting the solemnity and atmosphere of our diplomatic venues. Retain the western architectural details of the original building, and through the new decoration details, reflect the Chinese culture from the subtle design, and realize the harmonious coexistence of the two.

In order to meet the needs of the Consular Department, the building needs to increase staff housing. As the building was originally an office building and was closely separated, it was very difficult to transform. The renovated housing units are as close as possible to the original water supply and water supply, reducing building changes, and according to the current situation and use requirements, a total10sets of residential units, from104Square MetersThe internal jump layer of the large family unit.38Square MetersThe single dormitory unit to adapt to different needs, all comfortable and practical.

After months of intense construction preparations, the new office building was finally completed and accepted on schedule, and the Consular Department of the Chinese Embassy in France successfully moved to the spacious and bright new office.
